Fernando Valenzuela

Coach Fernando brings an abundance of experience and knowledge to the club.  A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Coach Fernando has achieved success in every soccer related program he has been associated with.  Fernando coached St. Thomas University from 2001 to 2004, where he guided The Bobcats to a 19th in the nation ranking spot.  In addition to his duties at Boca Juniors, Fernando is currently trusted as the Head Coach of Florida Memorial University.  On the high school level, Fernando has coached boys varsity teams of Olympic Heights, Pope John Paul II, and American Heritage Delray.  Coach Fernando holds an USSF A License and is also licensed by the NSCAA and the Argentina Football Association.

Before his coaching career, Fernando spent four seasons playing NCAA D1 soccer for the University of South Carolina.  As a player he won two Big South Conference titles.  After college graduation, Fernando was drafted by Club Atletico de Independiente of the Argentine First Division.  Fernando also played professionally for Defensores de Belgrano, also in Argentina.

Juan "Lolo" Abarca

Coach Lolo is the ideal coach for any soccer club that focuses on player development, because he spent his entire youth career in the professional youth systems of Chile's top clubs (Deportivo Colo-Colo, Univeridad De Chile, and Club Deportivo Palestino.) At the age of 18, Lolo was called up to the professional ranks of Club Deportivo Palestino, where he participated in the Copa Sudamericana. Lolo has also played professionally for Persib Kediri of Indonesia and Santiago Wanders of Chile. Prior to coaching at Boca Juniors, Coach Lolo was a trainer at Team Boca. Coach Lolo is currently the First Assistant Coach of high school powerhouse Boca High Bobcats Boy's Team, who are consistently contenders for the FHSAA 6A Boy's State Championship, winning the state championship in 2010.


Carlos Santos

A native of Porto Alegre, Brazil, Coach Carlos brings a high standard of quality and organization to the club. Carlos spent eight seasons playing professionally in the Brazil Serie A for Sport Club Internacional and Santos FC. Carlos has also made apperances for the Brazil U20 National Team. Professionalism runs in his family, as his younger brother had a long soccer career with Corinthians FC of the Brazilian Serie A. In addition to his education as a pro player, Carlos has done internships at HNK Haduk Split of the Croatia's top professional league, and West Ham United of the English Premier League. Carlos has also assisted both clubs in the scouting of Brazilian talent for their professional teams.

Carlos holds the CBF A License and the USSF C License.

Anthony Olischar

Anthony has a great ability of relating to young players. Not so long ago he was player in the various the local youth systems, playing for Boca Juniors (Florida), Randburg FC (South Africa), Old Park Tonians (South Africa), and Schulz Academy (Florida). Coach Anthony had a successful youth career, winning state championships on the high school and club level. Anthony also played in the final game of the 2007 Dallas Cup (2nd place) and the final of 2007 Super Y League North American Championship (1st place.) Anthony ended is youth career in the inaugural season of the U.S. Developmental Academy, playing his last youth match vs. The Columbus Crew.

Anthony currently plays college ball for Florida Memorial University. In his freshman season (2011), Anthony led the team in appearances, being the only player on the roster who played all 19 games of the season. Showing his diversity for the team, Anthony played the full 90 minutes of the first 10 games of the season as a goalkeeper and started the remaining 9 games as either a center or left defender. Anthony was elected the Sun Conference Player of the Week (week ending Sept. 11th 2011) for his performances against NAIA's Johnson and Wales University, NCAA D2's Eckerd College and NCAA D2's University of Tampa.

Anthony holds a FYSA E license and NSCAA Goalkeeper Level II Diploma. In addition to his responsibilities at Boca Juniors, Anthony is currently the assistant coach of Deerfield Beach High School's boys varsity team. Anthony also gained experience as the assistant coach of Highlands Christian Academy's boys varsity team and was a coordinator of the elementary intramural program for the 2009 season.
